Because the skin here is thinner and slower to heal than facial skin, it needs a gentle, well-spaced approach. Our Décolletage and Neck Programme combines two lasers in one structured course, so you know exactly what's happening and when.

How each treatment helps
Cool Laser
Smoother texture and softer lines
Cool Laser is a resurfacing laser that creates tiny, controlled treatment zones in the skin. That triggers your skin's natural repair process and new collagen, so over the course the surface looks smoother, fine lines and crêpiness soften, and sun-damaged areas look more even. Its cooler approach means less heat in the skin, which suits the delicate neck and chest area.
What to expect: Numbing cream first. Some redness and a dry, sandpaper feel for around three to five days as the skin renews.
DermaV laser
Calming redness and broken capillaries
DermaV uses two laser wavelengths, 532 nm and 1064 nm, to target blood vessels at different depths. It helps reduce the redness, flushing and broken capillaries that often build up on the neck and chest after years of sun. Built-in cooling protects the skin's surface and keeps you comfortable.
What to expect: Short cooling bursts during treatment. Possible mild redness or swelling afterwards. Back to normal activities the same day.
- Consultation. We assess your skin with our Observ camera, which looks beneath the surface, and talk through your sun history, any medication you're taking and your goals. If the programme isn't right for you, we'll tell you.
- Your treatment plan. We confirm the order of your six sessions, usually alternating Cool Laser and DermaV, with three weeks between each one so your skin has time to recover and respond.
- Treatment and reviews. We check your progress as you go and adjust your plan if your skin needs it.
- Aftercare. You'll get written aftercare advice for each treatment and a homecare routine to support your results, including recommended medical-grade products. Daily SPF on your neck and chest is essential throughout.

- Pausing: if you're unwell or away, you can pause your programme for up to 3 months.
- Medical reasons: if we advise that treatment isn't suitable for you for medical reasons, we'll pause or end your programme at no cost.

Who it's for
The programme is designed for adults who want to improve sun damage on the neck and chest, including redness, broken capillaries, uneven tone, rough texture and fine lines. It isn't suitable during pregnancy, with a recent tan, or with some medications and skin conditions. We'll check all of this at your consultation.
Honest expectations
Everyone's skin responds differently. Many people see their neck and chest look calmer, smoother and more even over the course of the programme, with results continuing to build for a few months after the last session as new collagen forms. Laser won't stop the skin from ageing, and sun exposure can bring redness and damage back. That's why your aftercare and daily SPF matter as much as the treatments themselves.
