Treatments to promote healing from a wound response - harnessing the power of Microneedling and Exosomes

Microneedling creates tiny punctures in the scalp using fine needles. This process helps to stimulate the body's natural wound-healing response, increasing collagen production and improving blood circulation to the hair follicles. The micro punctures create channels for better absorption of topical treatments, such as exosomes.

Exosomes are nanoparticles released by nearly all cells in the human body. They are naturally occurring particles that contain proteins, lipids, and RNA — the essential components needed to promote healing and regeneration in the body.

When applied after microneedling, exosomes can help transition hair follicles from the telogen (resting) phase to the anagen (growth) phase. Exosomes promote tissue repair and regeneration, helping to revitalise damaged or shrinking hair follicles, which is often a cause of hair loss.

Treatments that utilise your own body

We also offer a treatment that harnesses your body’s natural healing abilities to promote hair restoration. This treatment utilises a small amount of your own blood (similar to what you would have in a blood test). We split the sample to separate and concentrate key elements—such as proteins and signalling molecules—that naturally support healing and regeneration.

We are then able to inject these specific components back into the scalp. By delivering these natural compounds directly to the hair follicles, we help rejuvenate dormant or weakened hair, encouraging it to enter a growth phase.

Additional Details

All of these treatments are designed to help stimulate hair growth, so it will usually take a couple of months to start seeing results - you need to give your body time. The full treatment protocol will need around 4 months of treatment. Our clinic is based in High Street Kensington, London. You are welcome to get any of these treatments independently, too.

In terms of pain management, we use lidocaine (which is a pain relief) in these treatments, but you may feel some discomfort. We will always aim to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Needles are used in some capacity for all these treatments. If you are needle-phobic, these treatments may not be suitable for you.
