Redness is a general term for flushed or reddened skin. It can be temporary or persistent, whilst Rosacea is a specific, long-term inflammatory skin condition that mainly affects the central face, including the cheeks, nose, chin and forehead. Common signs include persistent redness, frequent flushing, visible thread veins, and sometimes small red bumps or pus-filled spots that can look like acne.
Persistent redness is often caused by dilated blood vessels near the skin's surface, sun damage, sensitive skin or a skin condition. Rosacea tends to come and go in flare-ups, which can be triggered by sunlight, heat, alcohol, spicy food, stress and some skincare products.
For Redness and rosacea
DermaV laser uses targeted light energy to reduce redness and rosacea. It gently heats the dilated blood vessels beneath the skin, which the body then gradually breaks down and clears away, leaving your skin calmer and more even in tone.
