The No Filter Clinic London is nestled in a beautiful listed building in Kensington. It was started by Dr Sindhu Siddiqi from a desire to provide the most beautiful and discreet results. In a generation obsessed with filters, who doesn’t want to look good without needing or wanting to use one?
No Filter Clinic is about letting go of filters and also about transparency and honesty with their clients. We embrace the natural aesthetic and enhancing your own individual beauty. We have a strong emphasis on honesty and trust and are known for turning away patients for treatments if we think it is not the right thing for them. No filter, all honesty.
Dr Sindhu has been a doctor since 2011 and graduated from the prestigious Imperial College London with a Distinction in Medicine. She undertook extensive training in Aesthetic Medicine whilst doing her GP training alongside. She built her Aesthetics clinic in a completely organic way through word of mouth referrals. It grew much faster than expected and this led to her launching No Filter Clinic London. Dr Sindhu also has further qualifications in Endocrinology (BSc), DRCOG (women’s health) and still does some NHS GP work. She has a special interest in dermatology and women’s health. With a strong medical background the emphasis and philosophy of the clinic is to provide cutting edge evidence based treatments and an exceptional level of patient care.
At No Filter Clinic our focus is on skin, bioregenerative medicine and injectables. We have the best machines and lasers that have extensive research behind them. We try everything before bringing it in and there are many that do not make the cut!

They never recommend treatments that are not right and every single one of the No Filter team often turns patients away if they are not suitable. Injectors
Hannah Bjorkstrand-Fowler NP
BSc, PGDip, MSc
Hannah has a degree in psychology and is a highly experienced nurse practitioner with a Level 7 in aesthetic medicine (the highest possible level).
Hannah is the longest-serving injector at No Filter Clinic after Sindhu. She is also uniquely trained in ultrasound, so can offer ultrasound scanning with filler treatments she carries out to assess filler placement.
Hannah’s academic background also contains qualifications in Counselling and Psychotherapy, so Hannah is great at calming and advising patients through their treatment journey.
Hannah has a meticulous eye for detail and is passionate about natural-looking results that combine filler, bio-regenerative treatments and the latest injectable treatments.
Dr Kiran Sanghera

Dr Kiran has a distinction in neuroscience and a medical degree. Dr Kiran has years of experience injecting and performing functional medical treatments.
Dr Kiran is fascinated by the science behind keeping us looking and feeling our most youthful and optimal and believes in an integrative and root cause approach
With a keen passion for regenerative aesthetics, Dr Kiran prides herself on her artistic eye and honest and ethical approach whilst creating bespoke treatment plans, striving for natural results that enhance her client’s individual beauty.

Lucy
Lucy has over 20 years of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry and is Level 4 trained (the highest qualification level in the beauty industry).
Lucy is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to all things skin and is constantly updated on the latest treatments and technologies in the industry. Lucy specialises in all skin tightening treatments, including Morpheus 8, Sofwave and Forma, as well as all skin lasers and facials offered at No Filter Clinic.

Juliana
Juliana first trained as a nurse in Columbia before moving to the UK to pursue a career in aesthetics. Juliana is Level 4 qualified (the highest qualification in the beauty industry) and is an experienced skin therapist.
One of Juliana’s specialities is advanced technical skills with laser-based machines, including PicoSure Pro, Clear and Brilliant Laser and Lumecca IPL. Juliana is also experienced with all skin tightening machines and facials offered at No Filter Clinic.
Juliana is also fluent in English and Spanish.
