How each treatment helps

Plinest polynucleotides: repairing thin, fragile skin
Plinest is a polynucleotide treatment made from highly purified DNA fragments sourced from salmon. Injected in tiny amounts under the eyes, it supports your skin's natural repair process, improves hydration and encourages new collagen. Over the course, the skin can look thicker, smoother and less crêpey, and dark circles caused by thin skin can look softer.

What to expect: Numbing cream first, then a series of small injections. Small bumps under the skin for [24 to 48 hours] and possible redness or bruising for a few days.

Jalupro Young Eye: hydration and firmness
Jalupro Young Eye is a skin booster designed for the eye area. It combines amino acids, the building blocks your skin uses to make collagen and elastin, with a light hyaluronic acid for hydration. It helps improve firmness and elasticity, and softens fine lines around the eyes.

What to expect: A fine needle or cannula with very small amounts of product. Possible mild swelling, redness or bruising for a few days.

Why combine them?
The two treatments work in different ways. Plinest focuses on repairing and thickening the skin, while Jalupro Young Eye feeds it with the ingredients it needs to stay firm and hydrated. Used together in one plan, they treat the under-eye area more completely than either one alone.

How the program works

1. Consultation. We look at your under-eye area, your medical history, any medication you're taking and your goals. If the program isn't right for you, we'll tell you.
2. Your treatment plan. We recommend 3 sessions, 4 weeks apart, so your skin has time to repair and respond between each one.
3. Treatment and reviews. We check your progress at each session and adjust your plan if your skin needs it.
4. Aftercare. You'll get written aftercare advice after each session and a homecare routine to support your results [including recommended products]. Daily SPF and good sleep make a real difference here.

The full program runs over about 8 weeks, from your first session to your last.

Who it's for

The program is designed for adults with thin, crêpey or tired-looking skin under the eyes, fine lines and mild dark circles. It isn't a filler, so it won't fill deep hollows or remove under-eye bags. If that's what you need, we'll talk you through other options. It isn't suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if you have a fish or salmon allergy, or with some medications and skin conditions. We'll check all of this at your consultation.

Honest expectations

Everyone's skin responds differently, and these treatments work gradually. Most people notice their under-eye skin looking smoother, brighter and more rested over the course of the program, with results continuing to build for a few weeks after the last session as new collagen forms. They won't change dark circles caused by genetics or pigmentation, and they won't stop the skin from ageing. A maintenance session [every 6 to 12 months] helps keep your results.
