How each treatment helps
HydraFacial
A deep clean to start
HydraFacial cleanses, gently exfoliates and extracts congestion from your pores, then hydrates the skin. It's a calm, comfortable treatment with no downtime, and it helps prepare your skin for the rest of the course.
What to expect: A cool, gentle suction feeling. Skin may look a little flushed for a few hours, then fresher and more even.
Blue Peel
Clearing pores and calming breakouts
The Blue Peel is a medical-grade salicylic acid peel that works inside the pore to loosen blockages, reduce oiliness and help clear existing breakouts. It also helps even out the surface of the skin.
What to expect: A warm, tingling feeling during the peel. Some tightness and light flaking for a few days as the skin renews.
DermaV laser
Targeting oil glands and inflammation
Our acne protocol uses both of the DermaV laser's wavelengths: 1064 nm Nd:YAG and 532 nm KTP. The 1064 nm wavelength reaches deep into the skin to target the oil glands and inflammation behind breakouts, while the 532 nm wavelength helps reduce the red marks left behind after breakouts. Built-in cooling keeps you comfortable throughout. Four sessions spaced two weeks apart give your skin time to respond between treatments.
What to expect: Short cooling bursts during treatment. Possible mild redness or swelling afterwards. Back to normal activities the same day.
How the programme works
The full programme runs over approximately three months.
- Consultation. We assess your skin with our Observ camera, which looks beneath the surface, and talk through your acne history, any medication you're taking and your goals. If the programme isn't right for you, we'll tell you.
- Your treatment plan. We confirm the order and spacing of your treatments, usually starting with your HydraFacial, followed by your Blue Peels and DermaV sessions spaced around two weeks apart.
- Treatment and reviews. We check your progress as you go and adjust your plan if your skin needs it.
- Aftercare. You'll get written aftercare advice for each treatment and a homecare routine to support your results, including recommended medical-grade products.

- Medical reasons: if we advise that treatment isn't suitable for you for medical reasons, we'll pause or end your programme at no cost.

Who it's for
The programme is designed for adults with mild to moderate active acne, including spots, blackheads, congestion and redness. It is suitable for all skin tones. If you have severe or cystic acne, we may suggest you see your GP or a dermatologist first, and we're happy to work alongside them.
Honest expectations
Everyone's skin responds differently, and acne can flare during treatment before it settles. Many people see their skin become calmer and clearer over the course of the programme, but we can't promise acne won't return. That's why your aftercare and homecare routine matter as much as the treatments themselves.
